We’re supporting a growing international life sciences organisation in their search for a Senior Demand Planner to join their EMEA Supply Chain team. This is a relocation opportunity based in the Limburg region of the Netherlands, with 4 days per week onsite.

The Opportunity
As the EMEA Demand Planner, you’ll take ownership of demand forecasting across a large consumables’ portfolio, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning and Product Management to build accurate demand plans and support business growth.
You’ll present demand plans and business updates to senior stakeholders, including VP-level leadership, making this a highly visible role with real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop short and long-term demand forecasts across the EMEA region.
- Analyse sales trends and demand patterns to improve forecast accuracy.
- Lead monthly demand review and consensus meetings with commercial teams.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning and Product Management.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of new demand planning and S&OP processes.
- Present forecasts and planning updates to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Around 3+ years’ experience in Demand Planning (exceptional candidates with around 2 years will also be considered).
- Experience building statistical demand forecasts.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfortable presenting to senior management.
- Experience with SAP APO Demand Planning (DP) and/or SAP IBP highly preferred
- Experience within manufacturing, life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or FMCG is advantageous.
- Fluent English. Additional Germany is advantageous.
