The Opportunity
You will take ownership of high-impact data and digital initiatives, working across EMEA and collaborating globally. This role goes beyond reporting — it sits at the intersection of data, business strategy and technology, giving you the chance to shape how data is used across the organisation.
You will:
- Lead end-to-end BI and data transformation projects
- Design and implement scalable data models and dashboards
- Build low-code applications and automation solutions
- Act as a go-to expert and advisor for stakeholders across functions
- Drive adoption of new tools and ways of working
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver complex BI and Power Platform projects across EMEA, with exposure to global initiatives
• Design and optimise data models, dashboards and reporting solutions to support business performance
• Develop Power Apps and automation tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Engage with senior stakeholders, translating business needs into practical, data-driven solutions
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation, and drive implementation
• Train, coach and support users to ensure adoption and long-term impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including commercial, operations and IT
• Ensure data integrity, governance and compliance standards are met
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in Business Intelligence / Data / Analytics roles within an international environment
• Advanced expertise in Power BI (data modelling, DAX, reporting)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Ability to manage projects independently and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
• Strong understanding of business processes and how data supports decision-making
• Experience working with systems such as CRM / ERP platforms (e.g. Salesforce, SAP)
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
