Our client is an established international development and manufacturing partner supporting some of the world’s leading medical device and diagnostics companies. With decades of expertise in engineering, precision manufacturing, and complex product development, they help customers bring innovative healthcare technologies from concept to commercialization.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Director to lead business development activities across Europe.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for CDMO services within the medical device and diagnostics sector.
- Identify and win new business with OEMs and innovative healthcare companies.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with senior decision-makers across R&D, engineering, procurement, and executive leadership.
- Manage the full sales cycle for complex, high-value development and manufacturing projects.
- Work closely with technical, engineering, and project management teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
- Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
What we’re looking for:
- 5–10 years’ experience in business development or sales within a CDMO, contract manufacturing, or engineering services environment.
- Proven track record selling services to medical device and/or in vitro diagnostics (IVD) companies.
- Strong understanding of product development, manufacturing, or outsourced engineering services.
- Demonstrated success in winning complex, consultative B2B sales opportunities.
- Fluent English; German is highly desirable.
- Based in Germany and willing to travel internationally.
