Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and commercial analytics tools.
- Optimize CRM, ERP, and BI systems to streamline commercial operations.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and operations to enhance data accuracy and business intelligence.
- Support sales enablement, pricing strategies, and revenue management through data-driven insights.
- Lead process automation and efficiency improvements across commercial teams.
- Provide training and support for sales teams on commercial tools and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
👉 5+ years of experience in commercial excellence, sales operations, or business intelligence.
👉 Strong proficiency in SAP, Salesforce (SFDC), Power BI, and automation tools.
👉 Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize sales processes.
👉 Experience working in a global, cross-functional environment.
👉 Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
👉 Willingness to travel (up to 10%).
