Our client, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to provide specialized technical and IT support for life-saving medical devices. This role combines field service expertise with IT system integration, ensuring that hospitals and blood banks can operate advanced healthcare solutions seamlessly. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on advanced medical equipment.
· Provide IT support, integrating medical devices with hospital networks and databases.
· Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring seamless system operation.
· Conduct customer training on certified medical devices and IT products.
· Plan and execute independent service visits across Italy.
· Collaborate with sales and technical teams to develop customized system solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
· 2+ years of experience in field service & IT support, preferably in medical devices/equipment or healthcare IT.
· Strong IT infrastructure, networking, and database management skills.
· Fluent Italian speaker with proficiency in English.
