Our client, a global leader in imaging innovation, is seeking a Field-Based Clinical Application Specialist to support medical imaging adoption across West Germany.
About the Role:
This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on delivering clinical training, supporting product demonstrations, and ensuring excellent post-sale experience. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and hospital stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product usage.
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver on-site and remote training sessions to nurses, doctors, therapy specialists on advanced ultrasound systems
· Support sales teams during product evaluations and clinical demonstrations
· Own post-sale clinical engagement to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and retention
· Act as a subject-matter expert to answer clinical queries and escalate technical issues
· Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer feedback and workflow gaps
· Attend relevant conferences, workshops, and events to represent the company and provide educational support
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems
Qualifications & Experience:
· Clinical or biomedical background (e.g., nursing, sonography, radiography, medical technology, biomedical engineering)
· Experience in a field-based clinical support, training, or applications role preferred
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-first mindset
· Ability to travel extensively within the region
· Fluent in both German and English
· Valid driver’s license and ability to meet hospital access requirements (e.g., vaccinations, clearances)
