About the Role:
For a major medical devices company based in Munich we are seeking a proactive and organized professional to support sales, service, and marketing activities, as well as assist with administrative tasks. This role involves internal and external communication, event organization, contract administration, and tender support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with sales, service, and marketing initiatives in the DACH region.
- Organize events, conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
- Manage quotations, contracts, and documentation.
- Support internal teams with projects and database maintenance.
- Monitor market dynamics and identify sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely completion of tender activities.
- Provide administrative support for the German branch office.
Your Profile:
- Fluency in German is a must.
- Proven experience in sales support or office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in office management and database maintenance.
