The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and adoption of the company’s portfolio across hospitals in North France. This is a highly visible, strategic role with a focus on developing KOL networks, supporting clinical teams, and growing market share for complex medical device solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow business across key hospital accounts in North France.
- Identify and develop strong relationships with KOLs in relevant specialties.
- Deliver clinical and commercial presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Lead product demonstrations, trials, and clinical support activities.
- Prepare and execute territory sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical specialists, and global teams.
- Represent the company at congresses, workshops, and training events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospital sales within the medical device sector.
- Experience selling complex or high-value devices is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated success in developing KOL relationships.
- Scientific or healthcare-related degree preferred.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within the region.
