The Role

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and adoption of the company’s portfolio across hospitals in North France. This is a highly visible, strategic role with a focus on developing KOL networks, supporting clinical teams, and growing market share for complex medical device solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow business across key hospital accounts in North France.
  • Identify and develop strong relationships with KOLs in relevant specialties.
  • Deliver clinical and commercial presentations to healthcare professionals.
  • Lead product demonstrations, trials, and clinical support activities.
  • Prepare and execute territory sales plans to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical specialists, and global teams.
  • Represent the company at congresses, workshops, and training events.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospital sales within the medical device sector.
  • Experience selling complex or high-value devices is a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in developing KOL relationships.
  • Scientific or healthcare-related degree preferred.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently within the region.
