Our client, an innovative medical device company specializing in operating room solutions, is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive sales and expand market presence in Austria and Switzerland. This newly created role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing European sales team, contributing to the success of cutting-edge medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with hospitals and key healthcare professionals to enhance brand presence and trust.
· Expand market reach through proactive territory development and customized sales strategies.
· Deliver comprehensive clinical education and live product demonstrations to key stakeholders in surgical and maternity environments.
· Support the launch of new medical devices, ensuring successful market adoption.
· Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and hospital decision-makers.
· Analyze market trends to uncover growth opportunities and implement tailored expansion initiatives.
· Ensure effective stakeholder communication and promote the company’s portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:
· 3-5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, ideally in surgical settings.
· Proven track record in operating room sales and relationship management.
· Strong business acumen with a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Fluent in German & English (spoken and written).
· Ability to work independently while being a team player in a fast-growing environment.
