Are you a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for healthcare innovation? A leading global therapy development company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, EMEA to drive strategic marketing initiatives for its key portfolio across the EMEA region.   About the Role You will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies to enhance business growth and strengthen the market presence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives and market needs.   Location – Belgium.   Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business expansion, increase revenue, and enhance market positioning.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, oversee digital campaigns, and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Equip sales teams with training, tools, and insights to improve customer engagement and increase conversions.
  • Build strong relationships with KOLs and leverage their insights for product positioning and credibility.
  • Track marketing effectiveness, analyze key metrics, and optimize strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and R&D teams to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives adhere to industry regulations while staying ahead of market trends and opportunities.
  Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education in Life Sciences( biology, pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry etc.) is a must have
  • Marketing experience within the life science domain (medical device, (bio) pharmaceutical, clinical lab diagnostics etc.)
  • International exposure

Our client, a global leader in imaging innovation, is seeking a Field-Based Clinical Application Specialist to support medical imaging adoption across West Germany. About the Role: This is a high-impact, field-based role focused on delivering clinical training, supporting product demonstrations, and ensuring excellent post-sale experience. You will collaborate closely with sales teams and hospital stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive product usage.
