We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team. This position plays a key role in managing human resources documentation, payroll processes, and employee data, contributing to a well-organized and compliant HR function in a dynamic, international environment.
Key responsibilities
- maintain and manage employee personnel files and documentation,
- calculate salaries and prepare payroll reports,
- oversee time and attendance tracking, and manage employee absences,
- communicate and coordinate with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office),
- prepare and manage employment agreements, annexes, and registration documents,
- calculate variable pay components and commission structures,
- create and update job descriptions and organizational charts,
- prepare official documentation required for audits or legal procedures,
- ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies,
- participate in the annual audit process.
Requirements
- higher education in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field,
- minimum 5 years of HR experience, on a similar position,
- native/fluent Polish and fluent English – both written and spoken (mandatory), minimum B2,
- strong knowledge of Polish labor law and social insurance regulations,
- proficiency in payroll software and MS Office tools,
- excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail,
- strong interpersonal and communication skills,
- discretion and a high sense of responsibility.

Od Kandydatów oczekujemy:

- minimum dwuletniego doświadczenia w obszarze badań klinicznych lub w dziale medycznym,
- znajomości europejskich regulacji prawnych dotyczących badań klinicznych, w tym wytycznych dotyczących badań biorównoważności,
- doświadczenia w projektowaniu założeń do badań leków generycznych,
- bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie,
- znajomości pakietu MS Office na poziomie zaawansowanym,
