We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team. This position plays a key role in managing human resources documentation, payroll processes, and employee data, contributing to a well-organized and compliant HR function in a dynamic, international environment.

 

Key responsibilities

  • maintain and manage employee personnel files and documentation,
  • calculate salaries and prepare payroll reports,
  • oversee time and attendance tracking, and manage employee absences,
  • communicate and coordinate with external institutions (ZUS, Tax Office),
  • prepare and manage employment agreements, annexes, and registration documents,
  • calculate variable pay components and commission structures,
  • create and update job descriptions and organizational charts,
  • prepare official documentation required for audits or legal procedures,
  • ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies,
  • participate in the annual audit process.

Requirements

  • higher education in Human Resources, Economics, or a related field,
  • minimum 5 years of HR experience, on a similar position,
  • native/fluent Polish and fluent English – both written and spoken (mandatory), minimum B2,
  • strong knowledge of Polish labor law and social insurance regulations,
  • proficiency in payroll software and MS Office tools,
  • excellent organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail,
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills,
  • discretion and a high sense of responsibility.

  • minimum dwuletniego doświadczenia w obszarze badań klinicznych lub w dziale medycznym,
  • znajomości europejskich regulacji prawnych dotyczących badań klinicznych, w tym wytycznych dotyczących badań biorównoważności,
  • doświadczenia w projektowaniu założeń do badań leków generycznych,
  • bardzo dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego w mowie i piśmie,
  • znajomości pakietu MS Office na poziomie zaawansowanym,
  • dokładności, umiejętności pracy pod presją czasu oraz dbałości o jakość i terminowość wykonywanych zadań.

FORMULATION EXPERT

For our client, an international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a Formulation Expert. The ideal candidate will have a background in pharmacy, biotechnology, or chemistry, with experience in a senior specialist or technologist role within a research department of a pharmaceutical company. The selected person will be responsible for conducting literature research, analyzing patent reports, managing R&D laboratory work, and developing technological and registration documentation for drug formulations. Strong knowledge of solid dosage form manufacturing techniques, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, is essential.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • conduct literature research and analyze patent reports to select the appropriate composition and drug production technology,
  • perform laboratory research and development tasks according to specified schedules and current market requirements,
  • transfer technology from the laboratory to the pilot or production scale,
  • develop research, technological, and registration documentation for the drug forms being developed,
  • create descriptions for patent applications and publications,
  • prepare data for project budgets related to formulation development,
  • support, consult, and supervise less experienced colleagues and technicians,
  • work closely with other departments within the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • higher education in pharmacy, biotechnology, chemistry, or related fields,
  • experience in a senior specialist/technologist position in a research department within a pharmaceutical company, specifically with the development of complex products,
  • in-depth knowledge of solid dosage forms manufacturing techniques,
  • proficiency in Polish and English (technical literature, technological, and registration documentation),
  • proficiency in MS Office,
  • knowledge of current guidelines and regulations for medicinal products.
