  • Strong motivation and genuine interest in life sciences, biotech, and field service work are essential.
  • Based near Amsterdam or Leiden, with flexibility for Benelux travel.
  • Adaptable, customer-oriented, and eager to grow into a long-term field engineering career.
Why Join Our Client
  • Join a globally respected life sciences company, supporting biopharma customers who make a real impact on human health.
  • Be part of a growing service team, with two new positions created due to expansion and one to replace a retiring colleague.
  • Clear career development path, with structured training and progression opportunities.
  • Competitive package including base salary, 12% bonus, hotel/training allowances, and comprehensive benefits.
  • International environment with a supportive team culture, where motivation and ambition are valued as highly as experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated engineer — whether fresh from university or with early career experience — to step into a field service role with purpose. If you are based near Amsterdam/Leiden and want to build a career in the life sciences sector, we want to hear from you.
